CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. That is, by 2pm the day prior to your booking arrival date.  For cancellations received within this time, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. No date changes can be made to bookings within the cancellation period. 

Group bookings of 5+ rooms are required to pay a deposit of the first night of accommodation for all rooms to confirm the booking. If your group stay is for one night only, 50% of your stay requires payment to confirm your booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days + in advance to get a refund. No date changes can be made to bookings within the cancellation period.
