How do I get guaranteed best rates?

What hours is Longreach Motor Inn reception open?
8am to 6pm daily
What is the earliest I can Check-in?
Check in is from 2pm. To request an early check-in, please contact reception the day before you arrive. We will always try to get you into your room early, but please note sometimes this is not possible due to high number of rooms that must be cleaned each morning. Additional charges may apply. Check out is 10am.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, please give us a call or email in advance if you're planning to arrive after 6pm. The credit card you booked with will be charged prior to arrival.
Do you have off-street parking?
Yes, you will be able to park your car right out the front of your room. There is one car park per room, unallocated. If you are travelling with a trailer or a larger vehicle, contact us to make arrangements. We do have several longer car parks available.
I am flying in to Longreach, can you pick me up?
Yes! We have a free airport shuttle for our guests.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at Longreach Motor Inn are non-smoking.
Can I cook in my room?
Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by QLD Health Authorities with the exception of the use of the kettle, toaster and microwave provided.
If there is physical evidence, or smell which indicates there was cooking in a room, a charge of $300 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in.
Do you have housekeeping service?
Yes, housekeeping service is often daily to our guests. However if you only require a weekly service, please let us know. Rooms are not serviced on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you would like your rooms services on these days, you will need to request this when you check in.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, we have FREE high speed WIFI available in the guest room and also in the reception area as well. We also have smart TVs in all rooms.
Do you have a restaurant onsite?
Yes, Harry’s Restaurant & Bar is a popular restaurant for both our guests and locals. Daily for dinners. Breakfast is also available. Harry's Restaurant closes each off season.
Do you cater for events, parties or functions?
Yes, please contact us today to organise your next event. Whether it be a birthday party, a workplace education session or a function, we can cater for your every need. A range of food and beverage packages can be tailored to meet your group requirements.
Do you supply breakfast?
Breakfast is available at extra charge in the restaurant 7 days. There are cooked and continental options available. Room service orders need to be at reception by 6pm the evening prior. For those planning an early start, why not order a continental breakfast which can be delivered to the room the evening before departure?
How close are you to the train station?
Directly across the road, you cant miss us!
How close are you to The Stockman’s Hall of Fame & the Qantas Museum?
Less than 5 minutes by car.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that plans change, however we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. That is, by 2pm the day prior to your booking arrival date. For cancellations received within this time, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
Group bookings of 5+ rooms are required to pay a deposit of the first night of accommodation for all rooms to confirm the booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days + in advance to get a refund.
How do I guarantee by booking?
Credit card details are required to secure room bookings. For extended bookings or large group bookings, or peak season bookings a deposit may be requested at the discretion of the Longreach Motor Inn management.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex (surcharges apply). The credit card you entered at the time of booking will be used for your full stay payment unless you advise us otherwise at least 24 hours before you arrive.
Do you accept coach and bus tour booking?
Yes, Coach and Bus Tours group bookings are welcome at Longreach Motor Inn. Please call (07) 4658 2322 to talk to our friendly staff or email info@longreachmotorinn.com.au
Do you have office services?
Office services such as faxing, emailing and printing are available at reception. Don’t forget you also have free WIFI in your room.
